Tourist information:

Since the international reception was so successful at the Berlin meeting, we wanted to suggest to repeat the same experience. We would like to organize an (international) reception on Wednesday evening, 19th September. Therefore we would kindly ask you to bring a small 'speciality', typical for your country. The food should be dry and well-(factory) wrapped and can be dropped during registration between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m. on the first day of the conference.

As in previous meetings we would like to organise a dinner on Tuesday for all the participants. We are still looking for a place and will advise you as soon as possible about the price of the dinner and the location. The dinner will be held on Thursday the 20th in the historical part of Padova at 8.30 pm. The registration for the dinner will be made during the registration at the conference, on Wednesday between 8.30-9.00am.

Before the dinner we organised a guided tour to the PALAZZO del BO, the venue of the University of Padova from 1493, one of the oldest European universities. The tour will last 45 minutes and will be held at 7pm. The tour will include the visit to the anatomical theatre, the Gallileo Galilei's Aula Magna, the Sala dei Quaranta and the Aula di Medicina. The cost of the tour is 10 euro. The interested participants are kindly invited to register for the tour during the registration on the arrival at the conference, on Wednesday between 8.30-9.00am.
