Poster Size Guidelines

- Posters should be set up before the sessions; adhesive tape will be provided for this purpose

- Authors should be available during their poster session for discussion and answering questions

- Maximum poster size should not exceed 95 x 175 cm (38 x 70 in.)

- Preferred poster size is A0 (84 x 119 cm or 46.6 x 33.1 in.); only portrait option will be available

Conference Venue

Auditorium Maximum (33 Krupnicza Street) is a modern representative building of the Jagiellonian University. It is located about 900 m from the Main Market Square in the Old Town. Nearest  bus/tram  stops: “AGH” and “Cracovia”.

Lodging Information

The list that contains all the necessary details is attached to this email and the link below shows location of all the hotels relative to the conference venue.

As you will see in the list attached, there are several hotel options booked, however, we would like to recommend the two that are relatively close to the venue and which were able to make group booking for us (highlighted in green in the attached file). Please, note that for most of the hotel options listed, you will need to reserve very soon. By the beginning of April, the booking information will appear on the main conference website, and the chances of making your the reservation will be much smaller. The prices are given in the Polish currency (PLN).

In order to make the hotel reservation (out of the pre-booked hotels), please contact the hotel directly (until the indicated deadline). While asking for a room availability please give the conference code: COST 2013 or COST ACTION IS0804.

Tourist Information

Together with JORDAN Congress Bureau, we have prepared a list of tours (in Kracow and nearby). The list with a detailed description and booking information can be found in the attachment to this e-mail. Please note that the tours can be booked for the 26th and 30th of May (a day before or a day after the conference)
